 Verified Great company - our furnace went down over the weekend and technician came over on Monday.  The did have to order the part which took a couple of days, but luckily the part arrived a bit earlier and the technical installed it on the same day.  Verified My 1927 home never got sufficient heat in all the rooms. Some were colder than others, and some seemed to get too much heat so I was constantly adjusting the vents. Matt determined there were crimps in the ducting and in some places it was too small for the room. They system needed a larger return and in a different place to maximize air flow. We figured out how to do this without impacting my beautiful hardwood floors. And all of this had to work with my Nest thermostat. Matt, Eli, Jorge, Saul, Miguel and Redolfo were great to work with. They were pleasant, professional, and even fun. I understood what they were going to do and they delivered. They cleaned up well afterwards. Now my home is cozy warm. Rudy-Noel came out from American HVAC literally the SAME DAY, within 30 minutes of my original call! The best part, he actually walked me through the process of understanding how he was diagnosing the issue... it was my thermostat. Honestly, totally reputable company and technician was extremely trustworthy and polite. Rudy-Noel fixed the issue under an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone having issues with their HVAC.
